Nesta dissertação intitulada “Contributo para a harmonização terminológica no seio do Ministério da Justiça e dos Direitos Humanos de Angola. Proposta de criação de uma aplicação móvel de informação ao cidadão”, debruçamo-nos sobre as necessidades de harmonização terminológica nos documentos administrativos produzidos, nomeadamente, pelo Gabinete de Intercâmbio e pelo Cartório Notarial da Comarca de Benguela.
O nosso objectivo principal prende-se com a observação e análise dos referidos documentos, com vista a estimular uma melhor organização na produção e na redacção dos mesmos. Para esse efeito, procuramos especificar o contexto institucional em que são efectivamente produzidos estes documentos, assim como apresentar uma metodologia de análise dos conteúdos terminológicos e linguísticos.
Constatando a necessidade de uma harmonização terminológica no contexto que nos foi dado a observar e, pensando numa forma de aumentar a eficiência da informação administrativa entre o cidadão e a administração pública, apresentamos, por fim, uma proposta de implementação de uma aplicação móvel de informação ao cidadão (MinJus Mobile), como forma de melhorar o acesso e a difusão da informação especializada relativamente ao que acontece nos serviços do Sector da Justiça.
In this dissertation entitled ‘Contributions to terminological harmonization within the scope of the Ministry for Justice and Human Rights of Angola’, we discuss the need for terminological harmonization of the administrative documents specifically produced by the Exchange Office and by Notary’s Office of Benguela County. Our main aim was to observe and analyse those said documents in order to encourage a better organization of the way they are produced and written. For that purpose, we have described the institutional context in which these documents are effectively produced, as well as presenting a methodology for the analysis of their terminological and linguistic content. Noting the need for terminological harmonization in the context we have observed and envisioning a way to increase efficiency in the administrative information flow between public administration and citizens, we conclude by presenting a proposal for the implementation of a mobile app to provide information to citizens (MinJus Mobile), so as to improve access to and dissemination of specialized information regarding the services provided by the Justice Sector.
