In recent years, the ability to influence someone in a large scale was limited to
large corporations and organizations. With the advent of the web, we have been
witnessing the democratization of the power of influence.
Based on this new trend, we structured this work, with the objective of developing an innovative business plan in the online influence area, identifying the
strategic aspects of marketing, technology, organization and finance to allow their
evaluation and implementation.
This project will be called Socialized.
Socialized emerged to fill a need in the digital environment - provide access to
power of influence.
Socialized is an online marketplace that connects brands with influencers, to
carry out digital campaigns in social networks. On one hand the influencers are looking
to monetize and increase their recognition, and on the other hand, brands intend to
enhance their online presence.
The influence campaigns will be based initially on the definition of the target
communities to then identify the most appropriate influencers, according to their area of
interest, social network, shared content, ratings and prices.
The revenue streams will come from services fees provided by influencers to
brands and monthly fees paid by influencers for increased exposure on the platform.
The geographical expansion strategy, for the next three years, aims to ensure the
presence in the Portuguese, English and North American markets.
