Resumo(s)
This project concerns the analysis of the levels of proximity between all XYZ’s
collaborators (including Top Management) and the creation of strategic approaches to
increase those same levels. An external and internal analysis was developed to understand
market trends, best practices, pain points, potential constraints, and the value proposition
associated with the project concern. The results were divided into a thorough analysis of
the levels of proximity inside XYZ by areas and roles of the employees, a set of
recommendations and further research to better implement each recommendation.
