Resumo(s)
This project concerns the design of initiatives to leverage mature workers. This Work Project aims
to support ABC in developing strategies to enhance the experienced workforce, focusing on
Generation X, to maintain their knowledge updated regarding valuable skills for the future and
motivated in their work. An external and internal analysis including best practices, and concept
testing, are the main steps taken in the methodology. The results are divided into the leading
suggestions of the best benefits to explore, the primary training partnerships to build, and
recommended further research to better implement the final recommendations.
