Resumo(s)
This project concerns the creation of strategies for a more efficient technical assessment of
the prices of medical procedures between private hospitals and ADSE. The project's goal is
to assess if private hospitals can rethink and improve the sustainability of their ADSE
partnership. The hospitals' cost structure evolution analysis, the construction of a Pro forma
Hospital forecast, and the creation of communication strategies were some of the main
approaches. The Team divided the project's outcome between the forecast of the Pro forma
Hospital costs and margins and the outline of recommendations. The focus of my
contribution and individual work was the development of the Pro form Hospital’s Profit and
Loss Statement and its historical analysis.
