O papel das Mulheres no Ensino da História foi sendo sombreado, ao longo de décadas de
uma invisibilidade notável. Ao analisarmos o recurso mais democrático, tanto pelo seu uso,
universalidade e gratuidade, o manual escolar, deparamo-nos com sérias lacunas ou escassas
referências ao papel da mulher no processo histórico.
Como forma de enriquecer este recurso didático e a experiência de todos os alunos,
procurámos desenvolver atividades que introduzissem as mulheres, sendo estas de classes mais
altas como das classes mais baixas, na narrativa histórica.
No fundo, este relatório de Prática de Ensino Supervisionada procura colocar as mulheres
no processo histórico, ao abrigo dos documentos orientadores do Ensino em Portugal e da
autonomia curricular dos professores.
The role of Women in History Teaching has been shadowed, throughout decades of notable invisibility. When we analyze the most democratic resource, both in terms of its use, universality and gratuity, the school textbook, we came across serious gaps or scarce references to the role of women in the historical process. As a way of enriching this teaching resource and the experience of all the students, we sought to develop activities that introduced women, whether from higher or lower social classes, into the historical narrative. In the end, this Supervised Teaching Practice reports to allocate a place for women in History under the guiding documents of Teaching in Portugal and the curricular autonomy of the teacher.
