Resumo(s)
This Equity Research report analyses Swiss Prime Site AG,
Switzerland’s largest real estate company and provides a
recommendation on whether to buy, sell or hold its stock. Janko
and I generally collaborated closely on most sections, although I
focused on the company’s introduction, financial analysis, SWOT
analysis, market trends, competitors, value drivers, revenue
forecasts, margins, operational performance, comparable
valuation, major chances and best-case scenario. The
recommendation, interviews and Monte Carlo simulation were
completed in a joint effort. I sincerely thank our interview partners
for their insights and Professor Luís Barbosa for his guidance
throughout this work project.
