This project aims to redefine the Food & Beverage offerings for Pestana City Hotels in Portugal and Spain, focusing particularly on the brands Pestana Pousadas de Portugal, Pestana Collection Hotels and Pestana CR7 Lifestyle Hotels. This done through the application and development of various business models and methods. Furthermore, an individual contribution explores the underlying aspects that contribute to developing a pricing strategy.
