Fueled by a vision to enhance user experience and allow free speech, Musk embarked on a lengthy, complex process involving public disputes, legal battles, and a termination attempt. The pursuit of Twitter unfolded amidst intense outsider scrutiny and highlighted the intricate interplays of personal motives, behavioral biases, and legal considerations that shape corporate mergers & acquisitions. The proposed acquisition further illuminated the challenges and complexities of navigating such high-stakes transactions, particularly in the face of public attention and legal hurdles. |
