This work project outlines a comprehensive internationalisation plan for BioFrescos, a
Portuguese SME in the frozen food sector. It includes an in-depth analysis of the Company,
market, and industry on both national and international scales. Belgium was chosen as the
target country through country ranking and clustering analyses. The plan features a detailed
entry strategy, encompassing entry modes, a comprehensive marketing plan, and financial
forecasts over five years. The project also includes a literature review on International Market
Selection for small firms. Additionally, an in-depth analysis of Belgium assesses the country's
conditions to confirm its suitability for BioFrescos' international expansion.
