Resumo(s)
The automotive industry is facing a disruptive change. Throughout the years, sustainability has
gained an extreme importance, forcing car manufacturers to shift towards electrification and
invest in top notch technology to meet changing consumer demand.
This paper analyzes in depth how this change was managed as a team during three intensive
weeks of hard work. The first section focuses on the performance of Eco Motion during six
years using frameworks, data, and theory to support the intuition behind each move. The second
section reflects on two critical incidents that took place, emphasizing the importance of
teamwork, communication, and personal development.
