Resumo(s)
This project was inspired by my sister, who has Down syndrome, and my belief that individuals
with disabilities deserve equal access to education and employment. In Italy, we observed that
companies often incur fines for not employing enough disabled individuals, highlighting
systemic barriers that limit job opportunities for this group. This initiative aims to redefine
normalcy, challenge cultural norms, and foster a more inclusive society where everyone can
pursue their aspirations freely regardless of ability. It's more than a business; it's a mission to
integrate talent fully and fairly into the workforce.
