Business in practise - lessons learned from an automotive business simulation on team dynamics and personal development

Abstract

This individual thesis draws on the experience of Business in Practice. During this simulation, the task was to manage an automotive company together with a team. The following section presents an analysis of the company Gama from a strategic, operational, and marketing perspective. Additionally, two critical incidents will be discussed as a personal reflection, highlighting the importance and details of personal development and cross-functional activities within teamwork.
