In this impactful study, I delve into practical business experience by reflecting on my time in
analyzing the simulated international car manufacturing company’s transition towards a fully
electric sustainable future and its cross-functional dynamics by dissecting its strategic
evolution and performance across diverse functions. This study draws insights from my
transformative experiences during the BIP simulation to highlight the synchronization of
personal growth, diverse collaboration, self-realization, and collective excellence.
