Este trabalho tem como objetivo caracterizar a representação discursiva do agir de mulheres em posição de liderança, mostrando, por um lado, como se implicam nos textos que produzem e, por outro, em que medida o seu agir pode configurar uma atitude (efetiva/específica) de liderança. A partir da hipótese de que há formas de implicação diferentes, que resultam em modelos distintos de liderança construídos discursivamente, e com base nas noções de tipos de discurso e figuras de ação propostas pelo Interacionismo Sociodiscursivo, evidencia-se o contributo da materialidade linguística/discursiva para repensar as questões da (in)visibilidade do género; e sustenta-se teoricamente o pensamento de Pintasilgo – mulheres e homens falam de forma diferente. // This paper aims to characterize the discursive representation of the actions of women in leadership positions, showing, on the one hand, how they are implicated in the texts they produce and, on the other hand, the extent to which their actions can configure an (effective/specific) attitude of leadership. Based on the hypothesis that there are different forms of implication, which result in different models of leadership discursively constructed, and based on the notions of types of discourse and figures of action proposed by Sociodiscursive Interactionism, the contribution of linguistic/discursive materiality to rethinking the issues of gender (in)visibility is evidenced, and Pintasilgo’s thought is theoretically supported – women and men speak differently.
