This project was developed between an insurance group based in Portugal and three Nova SBE
students. It explores the current loyalty program and assets offered by the client and possible
recommendations to, ultimately, improve customer loyalty and retention . The team
collaborated closely with the client to clearly structure the project and its methodology. This
report includes the analyses of the external and internal environments, the concept testing, and
the final recommendations provided by the team for the projectās conclusion, which were tied
to the program's customer journey, aimed at being impactful, actionable, and sustainable.
