The following Work Project consists of an Equity Research report on NOS SGPS S.A., one of
the largest telecommunications and media and entertainment companies operating in Portugal.
The individual part comprises an analysis of the possible impacts of Vodafone’s Nowo
acquisition on NOS’s share price by considering two effects scenarios on the Portuguese Telco
Market. A favourable and an unfavourable one.
