| Abstract: | The so-called canteen use case at the Robert Bosch GmbH refers to a problem regarding the current setup of its canteen operation. Multiple issues are existing within this structure which are of a regulatory, financial, and operational nature. To eliminate these problems, it is required to shift the current canteen-construction from an e-commerce operation to a marketplace. This aim can be reached by the cooperation with the project of the Bosch Payment Gateway. The Gateway enables the shifting of cash- and dataflows in a manner, which eliminates most issues within the current setup and paves the way for further application within the company. |
