Resumo(s)
This study examines the organizational factors that influence intrapreneurial activity in driving
corporate innovation, analyzing five leading corporations in Portugal. A qualitative approach
was used, through the interview of Innovation Leaders and Intrapreneurs. The findings
highlight that top management support, intrapreneurial programs, and the integration of
employee-driven ideas are critical for fostering an innovation culture. This work provides
insights from a Portuguese perspective, addressing a gap in research, which is typically focused
on U.S. companies. The results offer insights for leaders seeking to enhance innovation
capabilities through intrapreneurship.
