| Abstract: | In today’s age, the growing high rate of urbanization and energy crisis are driving cities towards an urban transformation to smart cities. As a prominent global lighting solutions provider, Schréder is gearing up to introduce two innovative strategic product layers in early 2024 and is now seeking suitable pricing and go-to-market strategies. Thus, this report answers these two questions and transforms theoretical strategic concepts to concrete implementation plans, supported by both competitive intelligence and financial modeling. |
