This case study analyses the strategic implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) by
Connected Fly’s in-house legal team to address operational inefficiencies and improve
decision-making. Led by Chief Legal Officer, the project faced challenges related to
compliance, ethics, and internal resistance. The AI integration also significantly reduced
costs and improved accuracy in legal operations. The case highlights the balance between
technological innovation and regulatory compliance, offering insights into AI's
transformative impact on traditional corporate functions.
