This thesis explores the ever-changing nature of artificial intelligence and how this has created
potential dangers that have outpaced regulatory frameworks'. The study scrutinizes European
laws addressing AI risks and their implications, emphasizing the EU's forefront role in
implementing regulations. Furthermore, Germany's unique regulatory landscape and
implications for start-ups are discussed. With a lens on JobMatch, an AI-driven recruitment
platform, the study explores the intersection of government measures and startup dynamics.
This concept is intended to serve as a guide for AI-centric companies to integrate AI ethically,
considering regulatory compliance and ethical standards in their business models for future
success.
