Resumo(s)
The current situation relative to the exploitation of natural
resources imposes the urgency of a global strategy that
prioritizes sustainable innovation. This work presents the results
of implementing a sustainable transition strategy in an
automotive company in the 21st century during an engaging
business simulation experience, focusing on Strategy,
Innovation and Finance. An integrated view across the various
departments is of particular relevance. A personal reflection led
to the conclusion that self-awareness and familiarity with all
team members enhance the team’s performance.
