In a world of constant and rapid changes, people and organizations must continuously
adapt. Sustainability became a cornerstone on todays’world, driven by the visible impacts
of climate change. Business in Practice applies theory in practice, through a simulation
of the automotive industry, addressing challenges posed by electrification and technology
advancements. This dissertation aims to analyze the results and key learnings from this
3-week change management program, with a focus on self-reflection on personal
leadership development and assessing Grizzly’s performance over the 6-year frame. It
provides insights into how teamwork, strategic adaptation and effective leadership drives
success in dynamic environments.
