In a world where consumer preferences are constantly changing, car manufacturers are taking
actions as an attempt to survive to new trends. One of the most common changes entails the
appearance of new mobility solutions such as Electric Vehicles to combat high levels of CO2
emissions. Additionally, technological improvements have been shaping the future of the
industry by introducing new features. This paper consists of a reflective analysis of Grizzly’s
performance during a three-week business simulation. In addition, it is composed by a self reflection section where two main conflicts will be analysed based on team dynamics and
individual performance.
