Resumo(s)
The automotive industry is undergoing a major transformation, with
combustion engines no longer at the forefront. This shift brings substantial
changes across various sectors and in our everyday environment. This
paper presents an analysis of a three-week simulation exercise in business
practice, where we engaged in managing five different departments within
a car manufacturer. We will examine the process and impact of
transitioning to fully electric production. Additionally, we will reflect on
the challenges encountered and how Vector’s leadership worked towards
achieving this goal.
