This dissertation presents a comprehensive analysis of PROXiMA, a motor manufacturing
company created and managed by our group during a three-week simulation. To provide an
in-depth evaluation, the thesis examines the performance and decision-making processes
across three different departments: Human Resources, Strategy and Operation. It highlights
the correlation between different departments and the impact of various decisions on the
overall performance of the company. Additionally, the report encapsulates the insights I’ve
gained from the simulation, offering strategies to perform better in the future.
