The Business in Practice simulation provides a professional and personal growth opportunity
in managing an automotive company. Students work in cross-functional teams with roles in
Human Resources, Innovation, Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Marketing, integrating
diverse perspectives to develop cohesive strategies. Effective communication is crucial to team
discussions and company success. The work is divided into two sections: the first focuses on
EvoWay’s strategy, marketing, and HR journey, and the second investigates critical incidents
during the simulation.
