Resumo(s)
As sustainability gains prominence, enterprises historically unaligned with eco-conscious
practices are now compelled to transform their business models. The current thesis provides a
two-fold perspective through the Business-in-Practice simulation. The first section probes into
ZEN Motors, a simulated automotive firm, and a comprehensive analysis of corporate
functions—Innovation, Human Resources, and Finance— aiming to extract practical insights
relevant to contemporary challenges faced by real-world businesses. The subsequent section
redirects attention toward collaborative teamwork, offering a comprehensive overview of two
critical incidents that occurred. These incidents serve as a lens for analyzing the complexities
of leadership in a team environment.
