Resumo(s)
This work project is divided in two sections. The first one analysing the performance of Curro
Cars, an automotive manufacturer, over a six-year period. It explores the synergy between three
core functions - Innovation, Marketing, and Operations - key in the journey towards
electrification. The second section presents two critical incidents occurred during the Business
in Practice, how those incidents were dealt with, and the lessons learned through the simulation,
contributing towards my personal growth.
