Resumo(s)
This thesis investigates the distinctive attributes of Problemattic, an alternative to the standard
incubator model, which leverages hackathon dynamics to foster social innovation. Through
qualitative research, including the Gioia method, the study assesses how Problemattic’s
approach to foster social entrepreneurship—with the help of events like the Ideathon and the
Buildathon or its online platform—differs from traditional incubators. Additionally, the study
examines the viability of Problemattic’s methods, such as the relocation of time during the
Ideation process and the Implementation of Social Impact Bonds and a franchise system, to
enhance social impact.
