This work project presents a twofold analysis: In the first section, an analytical evaluation is
performed about the performance of Grizzly, a car manufacturing company within a business
simulation. Through an analysis covering the company’s strategy, the Human Relations
department and the Operations function, an assessment is conducted on how Grizzly navigated
the many challenges that the automotive industry is facing.
The second section is about a personal reflection related to two critical incidents that occurred
during the simulation, and how these served as valuable lessons from a personal and professional
perspective.
