This thesis investigates Ørsted's sustainable expansion, focusing on its entry into Poland's wind
energy market and broader internationalization prospects. Employing quantitative modeling,
qualitative analysis, and stakeholder engagement, the study identifies Chile as a prime market
for expansion. Recommendations include forming partnerships, utilizing financial resources,
community engagement, and environmental conservation. The individual research emphasizes
Ørsted's responsible navigation of regulatory landscapes and stakeholder involvement,
highlighting its adherence to Corporate Political Responsibility principles. The findings aim to
inform Ørsted's expansion strategy and contribute to sustainable energy discourse in emerging
markets.
