This thesis rigorously examines the internationalization journey of MotorCar Services Consulting Iberia. It initiates with comprehensive literature reviews on five key internationalization topics. Subsequently, it assesses MCC Iberia's domestic market position and conducts a meticulous international market selection process. Utilizing quantitative analysis, countries are ranked and clustered to identify prime expansion markets. A detailed in depth market analysis follows for Canada, informing tailored entry strategies. Additionally, a region-specific marketing plan and financial forecast were created to ensure strategic decision making and optimal outcomes for MCC Iberia's global expansion.
