Resumo(s)
Exploring the Football Association of Slovenia’s (NZS) pivotal role, this study draws parallels
with the Portugal Football School (PFS) to illuminate NZS's potential in shaping Slovenian
football. Through qualitative research methods, a strategic roadmap has emerged, outlining key
steps for NZS to increase quality of football ecosystem in Slovenia, not only the competitive
on-pitch part, but the overall benefits for other stakeholders as well. Recommendations are
tailored to emphasize education's pivotal role in advancing football industry. This thesis
advocates for NZS's proactive pursuit of capacitating the football ecosystem, fostering a vibrant
and prosperous future for Slovenian football.
