This study investigates how advanced AI, particularly ChatGPT-4, intersects with
social entrepreneurship, focusing on AI's role in enhancing scaling, impact measurement, and
receiving funding for social ventures. The focus of this study lies in assessing whether AI
provides more actionable and pertinent recommendations compared to human experts in these
areas. Results indicate no statistically significant difference between expert and GPT-4
generated recommendations, highlighting ChatGPT-4's potential impact on decision-making
and planning in social ventures. The findings suggest AI's potential to transform social
entrepreneurship towards more effective and sustainable solutions, laying the groundwork for
future technological integration in tackling complex social issues.
