This thesis aims to provide a one-year price target for the stock of Broadcom
Corporation, through a concise equity research report. Initially, a brief company
overview outlines Broadcom's corporate structure and business strategy.
Thereafter, the competitive landscape within the semiconductor and
infrastructure software industry is examined to contextualize Broadcom's
market position. It is then followed by an historical analysis of Broadcom’s
financial statements, which serves as the foundation for the valuation. The
report is concluded with the valuation, using the DCF model and a multiples
analysis, and the investment recommendations.
