This study examines the job and life satisfaction relationship in the post-COVID-19 era, within
the wider context of subjective well-being. Using a systematic review following the PRISMA
statement, 21 studies indexed in the Web of Science database were analyzed, which revealed a
robust link between job and life satisfaction, moderated by individual and organizational
factors. The study proposes a novel theoretical model, extending existing theories and paving
the way for future empirical investigations. The study’s results hold significant practical
implications, providing insights for enhancing employee well-being and laying the groundwork
for further exploration in this evolving field.
