Resumo(s)
The main objective of this work is to determine whether using organizational innovation
concepts to nudge an intrapreneurial spirit within a company affects its development and
competitiveness. Therefore, a preliminary literature analysis is conducted, the findings of which
are subsequently compared and discussed through the use of expert interviews as qualitative
primary data. This analysis demonstrates the beneficial effects of both areas on the business
development and competitiveness. However, other requirements are crucial in addition to
appropriate innovation approaches. It is essential to establish an environment that fosters
intrapreneurship, encompassing procedural, structural, personal, and strategic factors.
