Resumo(s)
In this thesis, the author analyses the performance of Pantheon, a virtual firm,
throughout 6 years in a business simulation. Emphasis is placed on the established long and
short-term strategies of the firm, the operational principles that guided decision making and its
innovation initiatives, reflecting on both successful and failed strategies and attempting to
explain them. Additionally, an in-depth analysis of two personal incidents that served as
learning experiences was also performed. This paper is a compilation of crucial learnings and
principles that the author personally took from the BiP program as well as extended reflections
that these led to.
