This dissertation aims to provide a comprehensive performance analysis of a virtual automotive
company, “IXOR”, and a critical evaluation of personal performance in a cross-functional team.
The company is managed by six students under the “Business in Practice” simulation. The firm
analysis is supported by academic concepts and consists of three functional roles’ perspectives:
Innovation, Operations and Finance. Personal reflection is carried out based on individual
performance and peer feedback. Furthermore, this part includes learnings and improvements
for the future career, discussing the importance of a well-functioning team to a company’s
success.
