Business in practice: unveiling synergy´s pathway - navigating individual maturation, teamwork dynamics, and reflective practices in the context of an immersive business simulation

Abstract

Business in practice was an unforgettable three-week-long, tension-filled work experience. A team comprising individuals with diverse functions and cultural backgrounds collaborated harmoniously to operate an automobile manufacturing company. Throughout the process, there were uplifting moments that served as sources of inspiration, as well as moments of reflection marked by encountering setbacks. This report presents my personal reflections during this journey and an analysis of the simulated company.
