This Work Project contains a critical analysis of the company performance of LeafTech, a
fictive business which participated in the car manufacturing simulation of IndustryMasters in
the context of “Business in Practice” at NOVA SBE. Especially the areas of strategy, innovation
and operations are examined among the interconnections of all business functions. Aiming for
a transition to a sustainable company in a foreign and diverse team, the business and team
members faced challenges, which will be analysed and reflected in detail, ensuring a
development for both the personal and professional future.
