Resumo(s)
The thesis focuses on Zeno, an automotive company, and its strategy, operations, and
innovation functions. Zeno rapidly transitions to electric vehicles but faces challenges like
unprofitable decisions and capacity issues. Cross-functional cooperation and sustainability are
crucial for success in the dynamic automotive industry. Moreover, the author reflects on two
critical incidents during the business simulation: prolonged discussions and conflicts over
feedback and team dynamics. The personality influenced their conflict resolution style,
emphasizing the need for balanced leadership and effective communication. Dysfunctional
team dynamics underscored the importance of structured communication and adaptability in
teamwork, serving as a valuable learning experience.
