simulated automotive company, Enigma, as it transitions from conventional towards electric
vehicles. Utilizing a business simulation as a practical arena, the thesis explores the challenges
and opportunities in Finance, Operations, and Innovation. It also discusses cross-departmental
decision-making and compares Enigma to real-world examples. Furthermore, it explores the
author's personal reflections on critical incidents testing team dynamics, emotional intelligence,
and effective communication. The paper underscores the importance of agile decision-making
and offers valuable insights into navigating the complexities of corporate transitions in the 21st
century.
