Resumo(s)
This dissertation is composed of two sessions: academic discussion based on company
performance and personal reflection based on individual performance. The first session focuses
on the three key business functions, assessing how the participants' actions altered the behavior
of the company, and identifying the academic justification for their choices. In the second,
personal performance is assessed at the team level alongside the peer evaluation, and any
potential improvements are noted in the course of action that will be taken moving forward.
