Resumo(s)
The worldwide focus on sustainability is transforming industries, particularly the automotive
sector. "Business in Practice" provides a simulation that reflects these challenges and focuses
on the industry's shift towards electrification and digitalization. Participants navigate the complexities of automobile manufacturing transitioning to e-mobility over six years. A unique feature of this simulation is the shared leadership model, where participants assume pivotal managerial roles. This thesis analyses the simulation, focusing on two personal incidents the author
faced, and evaluates three business areas, Strategy, Operations, and Finance, emphasizing sustainability while drawing comparisons to real-world automotive practices
