This thesis examines Zeno, an automotive manufacturer undergoing a transition towards
electric vehicles, autonomous driving, and networking technologies within a dynamic
business simulation. In this setting a team of students with diverse fields of studies
implemented various measures and diligently navigated Zeno through the changing business
environment. In the first part the impact the management teams decisions on the performance
of the business units (Strategy, Finance and Innovation) is evaluated. In the second part, the
author critically reflectstheir personal performance, particularly the gained or refined qualities
to effectively collaborate within the team through the analysis of two pivotal incidents.
