Detailed hereunder is an account of the knowledge and insights acquired during the Business
in Practice simulation and the running of the fictional company Zeno. Firstly, there is a Firm
Analysis detailing the roles of Operations and Finance as well as the Strategy that Zeno
implemented. Next is a personal reflection on two critical incidents, concluding with the
learnings extracted from them.
