Resumo(s)
Business in Practice poses the challenge of managing an automotive manufacturer during the
transition to e-mobility. The functional departments of Innovation, Marketing, Finance, HR,
and Operations are divided among participants, creating cross-functional and highly diverse
teams. Navigating business and personal challenges during the simulation provided insights
into the interdependencies of functions as well as individual reflection possibilities. This thesis
presents a thorough firm performance evaluation followed by a self-reflective analysis, offering
valuable learnings for professional and personal development in future career endeavors.
